Monday to Friday: 9:00am - 12:30pm and 1:30pm - 4:00pm

Saturday and Sunday: Closed

Most of our services are free.

For others, such as office/meeting room hire, there will be a charge.

Service Types

Assistance with accessing government & community organisations

Heartland Services - our coordinator will help you:

  • arrange face-to-face meetings with any of the services that use our centre
  • identify and obtain the government forms you need
  • access government…




We run a shuttle service Monday-Friday for Health, Work & Income, IRD, Immigration and any government department appointments in Invercargill with prior bookings. We are now starting monthly Rest Homes visits…



Our Community Family & Youth worker and Whanau Ora Navigator advocate for a strong and health community 

Facilitating community activities

Our Community Family & Youth worker co-ordinates or facilitates activities to fulfill individual, family or community needs that are brought to his attention.

We also have a number of organisations who visit the Fiordland Community House to provide their services including Jubilee Budget Services, Mole Map, Loss and Grief Centre, Primary Mental Health…



Alliance Counselling: Provides counselling to individuals, couples and families in the Fiordland area. Self referrals are available.

Office/meeting room hire

Our offices/meeting rooms are available for hire on a permanent or casual basis. Read more here

Supporting financial independence

We have Jubilee Budget Services visiting our centre monthly - self & agencies referrals available.

Legal / civil services

  • Consumer rights

We have visiting Community Law lawyers on request.

Justices of the Peace have weekly visits for document certification.
