Counselling:
Our qualified and experienced counselling team (NZAC registered) offers one to one, small group or family counselling. We use a range of approaches to assist children, teens and adults find solutions to their unique situations. Issues covered can include:

  • Relationships
  • Confidence
  • Behavioural Issues
  • Grief & Loss
  • Anger
  • Goal setting
  • Abuse

 

Family Support:
Our Social Practice Team (Counsellors, Social Workers & Family Violence workers) work together to ensure support is given to both individuals and the important people in their lives. We will work with you to create a plan for you and your family to reach the goals you set. This may include using the specialised services of other agencies.

 

Family Violence Programmes:
Our goal is to improve safety in our community. While we have a particular focus on supporting men to make healthy changes, we are also able to provide support and programmes for women, children and families.

  • Men’s Living Without Violence Programme (LWVP): Designed to teach skills required to express yourself and understand others safely and respectfully. Our programmes run continuously so men can start at any time. Learn more here
