Description
Baderdrive Community Trust (BDCT) is a Pacific community health and social services organisation based in Māngere, South Auckland. We provide free, culturally grounded services for Pacific and other communities across Counties Manukau and Auckland, including Whānau Ora navigation, physical activity and nutrition support, community health outreach, and integrated social services.
Staff
Our team is made up of experienced Pacific community health and social services workers who bring both professional expertise and lived cultural experience to everything they do. Many of our staff are from the communities we serve — they speak the languages, understand the values, and know the challenges whānau face firsthand.
Our workforce includes Whānau Ora Navigators, Community Support Workers, and community health professionals working across Māngere and the wider South Auckland area. We are a multilingual team, with staff who speak Samoan, Niuean, Cook Islands Māori, Tongan, Fijian, and English, ensuring whānau can engage with us in the language they are most comfortable in.
At BDCT, we believe the relationship between our team and the families we work with is the foundation of everything. We show up with heart, with cultural humility, and with a genuine commitment to walking alongside whānau on their journey.
