Phoenix House is a family owned, 20 bed rest home and 10 bed private hospital that was established in 1987. We provide long-term residential care for the elderly of our immediate community and also to the wider Waikato region. There is a registered nurse on duty 24 hours per day and we have a fantastic team of healthcare assistants who provide round the clock care for our residents. All health care assistants are engaged or have completed clinical training online.

The hospital caters for long-term hospital level care residents but we are also able to provide primary care beds for local GP’s and palliative care beds.
