How do I access this service?

Contact us

Our online referral form is the fastest way to start the process. Or you can phone and talk to our staff, but the form still needs to be completed. Then one of our Volunteer Coordinators meets the client/family to discuss what they need and how we can help and to get a good picture of the best possible person to send them. That person becomes the family's Support Companion. Most referrals are made by professional medical and social services but families are welcome to make a private referral.

Referrals are usually made online.
