Eltham Care Rest Home is proudly part of Sound Care Group, with five homes in New Zealand that offer holistic care for older people. We welcome you to experience our Culture of Care, where we make every encounter an opportunity to make you feel genuinely cared for.
We are positioned on the rolling hills of the Taranaki countryside and offer stunning views of Mount Taranaki.
Eltham Care has a Rest Home Wing, a secure Dementia Wing, and offers day care and respite services. We also provide Meals on Wheels service to older people in surrounding areas.
We have a dedicated hospice team who assist staff when necessary. We are supported by the local hospice.
