Description

Rehabilitation and support group for those in the Franklin area with a cardiac condition, especially after surgery. Our members are kept informed of:

  • best food for heart
  • how to lower cholesterol
  • how to perform easy, healthy heart exercises.

We take trips jointly with Erin Park Retirement Village. The group often have lunches together and become great friends with support for each other.

Meetings weekly on Friday morning 10am -12pm except on trip days. Meetings held at Masonic Building, 8c Roulston St, Pukekohe.

Professional exercises, speakers and other functions, great support and backup.
