We are a family-centred surgery offering a full range of general practice services to you and your family.

Staff

Dr Debbie Gibson retired from practice August 2024, and Dr Mary Kanjirathinkal has taken over her practice.
Dr Malcolm Lowe retired in March 2025, and his son Dr Daniel Lowe has taken over his practice.

Fees may vary depending on the service provided - there are additional charges for medicals, certificates, reports, procedures, minor surgery, materials, and extended consultations such as where multiple problems are discussed.

Note: Free under 14 years fees applies to ENROLLED patients only for a standard consultation during normal surgery hours i.e. not extended appointments or for procedures nor materials used.

Non Enrolled (casual or Non NZ residents) Adult patient fee - $90.00, or $75.00 with Community Services Card. 

Nurse consultations: $30

Note - it can take up to four weeks from the time of signing an enrolment form until the capitation subsidy is received from the Ministry of Health

Telephone consultations - $45 standard fee. 

Prescriptions
- $25.00, or $20.00 for community service card holders.

ACC surcharge - $50.00

Saturdays and Sundays - Closed

Emails - Charges apply for responding to Emails and Manage My Health portal messages.  Fee varies according to complexity and time taken.

After Hours:

Phone GP practice and follow instructions. You will be transferred to an after hours service who will direct you

 If it's after hours or if one of our doctors is not available, you can get a virtual GP consultation with a real doctor by using CareHQ, from 7am-10pm, 7 days per week.
