Covid-19 testing

GP practice - enrolled patients only

This practice provides Covid-19 testing to enrolled patients. Please call the practice for more information.

it is free of charge, safe and we have no queues!

We are a small, kind clinic providing all the usual medical services.

Our clinic provides low cost access for those in need and uses profit for good.
Everyone is welcome to join and contribute to better health for the community.
We are conveniently located in the friendly Grey Lynn Community Centre. Plenty of free parking, including mobility parks, bus route and bicycle lane right outside!
The Community Centre has a great public access children's playground, Plunket, Citizen's Advice and heaps of great activities during the week.

Doctors Fiona Gordon, Frances Moon and Doug Winter along Nurses Trish Lodge and Nicola Gee have many years of experience and have loved working together in the past. We share a strong desire to  practice at a very high standard of medicine and to do so with a great deal of kindness, warmth, humour and love.

Life can be tough. We all need a safe sanctuary to be as healthy as we can be and to have people who will really see us, listen well and advocate for our health. This is our aim.

In particular we wanted to have a clinic where people felt they were not only welcomed and cared for themselves, but also had an opportunity to participate in a community that cares about each other.
We would like to acknowledge the two Registered Nurses Trish Lodge and Nicola Gee along with administrators Jo Macfarlane and Izzy Macfarlane James  as there is no place for them to appear with the doctors below!

45-64 yearsHigher $45 : Lower $15
65+ yearsHigher $45 : Lower $15

We are a clinic that generates profit for good. You will see our fee structure is a two tiered one.

For those who have had difficulty accessing healthcare the lower fee is set at $15, including  those on a low income and/or with high health needs who are not currently recognised by the government as needing lower fees.

The standard $45 consultation allows us to offer a $15 consultation to those in need of accessible healthcare. By paying the higher fee of $45, you are giving direct access to those who would otherwise struggle to afford healthcare. In cases of extreme hardship it will allow us the option of offering free care.

We are a clinic that is happy to provide home visits when needed. Check cost with us.

We also encourage the use of the online portal for consultations that do not require a face to face visit. These are charged as consultations depending on the complexity of the service provided. They may be very convenient in a variety of situations - for example when it is hard to get away from work or you require some further information about a previous consultation.
