I would like to file a complaint regarding the receptionist at the front desk of my doctor’s office. During my recent visit, she was dismissive and unhelpful when I requested assistance, when i called to book my appointment. Her tone was abrupt, and she seemed unwilling to answer basic questions or provide clear guidance. I believe better professionalism and courtesy are needed to ensure patients feel respected and support. I couldn't understand her as her tone was very different. As i was waiting to be seen i witness another patient just shook her head in disappointment. The best receptionist was Priti. I hope there will be some changes. I'm only there because their doctors are the BEST there.

Excellent location. Good friendly staff and doctors.
