Service delivery during COVID-19
|Alert Level||Service Delivery|
Most appointments will be via telephone or video. All appointments will be organised by phone or socially distanced from the back door staff. We are happy to consider carpark consults for immunisations and for those who don’t need complicated examinations. We will continue to ensure patients have access to care for acute and long term conditions, contraception, medicines, immunisations but some screening may be deferred.
All services are available, however, those with respiratory symptoms will need to discuss their situation with a nurse and we will organise appropriate care. It is very important to get immunisations done on time and we will continue providing contraceptive services, smears and long term condition management.
