A patient portal is a secure online tool provided by GP practices that can allow convenient access to your health information as well as interaction with the practice e.g. booking appointments and requesting repeat prescriptions.
Our practice uses Health365 web based portal to provide access to on-line appointment making, requests for repeat prescription, your laboratory data, your patient recalls and health status as well as immunisations and your account. All patients are encouraged to register to our on-line portal to help us meet your access requirements.
