Referrals are taken from GP's or from other health settings.
Description
The team provides specialist mental health care to older persons suffering from a mental illness. The focus is community based and all services are offered in conjunction with other providers. Treatment is provided by consultant psychiatrists, therapy team, clinical psychologists, keyworkers, social workers, occupational therapists and support staff.
