Access to this service is via referral by a YAMHA member organisation. These include:

Description
The Community Youth Facilitators work alongside young people aged 13 to 18 and their families that are struggling with mild to moderate mental health issues and/or alcohol or addiction issues. Their services include but are not limited to:
- Working collaboratively to increase community access for Young People
- Providing screening, assessment, and interventions
- Facilitating access to other services as required
- Motivating Young People to access the appropriate services that will benefit their wellbeing
