This is a pickup point where you can collect your prescription medicines

- Please note: There is no pharmacist at this location. You cannot ask further pharmacist advice here but you may call Bates Pharmacy for advice.
How to use this Depot:
- Send your prescriptions to:
- Your prescription will be processed by Bates Pharmacy
- If you have questions about your prescription or pickup, contact Bates Pharmacy
Medicine Delivery Schedule to this Depot:
- Weekdays: Medicines are delivered 4.30pm daily
- You can only pick up your medicine after it has been delivered. If you arrive before the delivery, your medicine may not be ready yet
Helpful Tips:
- Make sure your prescription is sent to the correct prescription email address
- Wait for confirmation before coming to pick up your medicine
